The Flude Foundation

The Flude Foundation is focused on the development of a conceptual framework for the implementation of a commercial and community plan which, by the effective use of humanistic philosophies and understanding, as well as the effective use of intervention programmes of similar values, aims to support the development of micro, mezzo and macro societies into self dependant communities.

The foundation will supervise the provision of Atlas Business Coaching, incorporating Colours Lifestyle. The foundation will provide the necessary environment for experiential learning and development of commercial enterprise, individual clients, health service providers, community carers or any other commercial or community staff.

The foundation will, by the application of humanistic modalities, create an environment to allow a person to become dedicated to the creation of the solution to equip themselves to achieve their full potential and to pursue their goals with perseverance for life.

The Flude Foundation will, through humanistic modalities, provide support to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the areas who adopt the conceptual framework through:

  • Provision of attractive vibrant venues which offer safety and security
  • A partnership of companies and other agencies
  • A skilled, experienced team of paid and voluntary staff
  • A culture of significant relationships providing service support and encouragement
  • An energetic curricula of learning based upon the learning cycle regardless of an individuals learning position, style or ego state available at that time
  • A nationally agreed framework for the understanding of differentiation and equalisation particularly of gender

Aims and objectives

Aims

  1. To develop the understanding of human development including the importance of the creation of awareness of gender differentiation and equalisation
  2. To develop an awareness of the importance of relationships for developing familial, commercial and community groups and the roles of both genders within those groups
  3. To develop a strategic learning curricula with flexibility to account for an individuals awareness and understanding
  4. To achieve a structure of goal settings based upon understanding of group process, reflective practice and relational development within community groups
  5. To develop multi agency working practices for the effective movement away from a nebulous (AMORPHIC) community structure
  6. To develop a curriculum for the understanding and acceptance of customary (Endemic) social structure based upon awareness, understanding of differentiation and equalisation of gender
  7. To develop a strategy for the Long term unemployed
  8. To create an awareness through exploration, of the difference between causes and solvable causes of community deficit
  9. Structural analysis from the bottom up and the top down for an empathic understanding and application of a standard operating procedure
  10. To create an understanding of conflict and the misuse of alcohol and substance misuse as a coping mechanism
  11. Human development in relation to Understanding managing and resolving
  12. The existence of micro communities and collaborative community groups

Objectives

  1. The ability to understand differentiation and it’s application to different groups, communities and genders
  2. The ability to ensure the application of an agreed curricula for equalisation of gender in micro communities as well as collaborative family groups
  3. The ability to apply an agreed learning curricula beneficial to the individuals within any given demographic group
  4. The ability to create an understanding and an awareness of individual process
  5. The ability to accept an individuals understanding based upon their own constructs and phenomenology
  6. The ability to identify the existence of a cue within an individual in addition to the adoption of an avoidance program aimed at trigger minimisation

Outcomes

Through international and National recognition, agreement and support for a suggested framework of advancement and training, assist developing communities and countries in their transition to self sustaining micro, mezzo and macro societies within social structures. This would be achieved through a consistently developing cycle of learning through the understanding of differentiation and equalisation.

  • For the minimisation of harm through substance misuse.
  • Reduce the fear of crime.
  • Improve the quality of life of the long term unemployed through affordable fiscal intervention.
  • Reduce the cost to the Health service by the establishment of pain reduction clinics and exercise and motivation.
  • Equip carers, nursing agency staff with a value and an awareness of the needs of those for whom they care.
  • Provide a concept of integrated living by self awareness thereby reducing the fear of crime and dependency upon care staff.
  • Provide vulnerable people with a support network to achieve an improved quality of life through integrated living.
  • Assist in the exercise and motivation of care and nursing home residents to improve self esteem, motivation and an improved quality of life in accordance with the care standards for the elderly.
  • Provide a training service to improve the crime reduction ability of Security staff, and Community Care wardens in line with statute.
  • Through the work of E.M.B.A. and F.S.B. ensure the reduction in the numbers of those termed as ‘unemployable’ thereby reducing the cost to the benefits agency.

To prevent the marginalisation of people or minority groups as a result of gender, religion, community or understanding and awareness resulting from their phenomenological symbolisation of experiences.
